Silly Songz is the result of a collaboration between Spazzles and WOW Music, with Dramatic Technologies contracted to develop the app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Silly Songz is a new way to send cool digital postcards to your friends via e-mail. You can choose from a selection of great music produced by WOW! Music for many occasions, from the love epic "Everytime I Kiss You" to the eye-rollingly catchy "Answer Yer Phone". We didn't stop at just sending songs, however. iPhone users can record a fifteen-second or less message to attach to the song to make it even more personal. All users can choose an image from their photo library to appear in the background while the song plays. All of this is wrapped up nicely in an e-mail which Silly Songz generates and places in the iPhone Mail app for you to add your own text and send to whomever you like!

Scroll through the list of songs and tap one that sounds interesting. If you tap Preview Songz, you will hear that song to help you decide if it is the most appropriate (or have an impromptu jam session). If you like it, tap Record Message. If you are an iPod Touch user, you will only have the option to make the email with the song alone or with an image, no recorded message. iPhone users can tap e-mail Songz straightaway to do the same, or tap Record Message to add their own voice to the end of the song. If you lose it trying to pour your heart out in fifteen seconds, all you need to do is tap Do Over to try again. If you change your mind about the song, just tap Change Song to pick a new one - your message stays put until you exit the app. If you like, you can tap Add Image to choose a background for the song from your photo library.
